    Nicholas G. Hall 教授，现任INFORMS（美国运筹与管理协会）主席；就职于俄亥俄州立大学费舍尔商学院管理科学系；本科和硕士毕业于剑桥大学，1986年获得加州大学伯克利分校管理科学博士学位；担任国际顶级期刊Management Science,Operations Research 编委工作40余年；在Operations Research, Management Science等国际顶级期刊发表论文80余篇；应邀到24个国家做报告达112场，其中大会主题报告14场；宾夕法尼亚大学Wharton商学院访问教授。

演讲内容简介：

本讲座包括三部分内容：

（1）Perspectives on Analytics, what it means and does not mean, where it is leading the field, and some unintended consequences.

（2）Currently active directions and research potential of three topics: the sharing economy, precision healthcare, and project management.

（3）Brief discussion of the challenges faced by the operations research and analytics profession currently and over the next 10 years.
